X owner, Elon Musk, has launched an advert-sharing payment platform on its microblogging platform.
The management of the company had previously announced its intention to share its advert revenue with content creators on the platform.
Under the new revenue-sharing model, verified users who meet specific criteria and achieved significant impressions on their posts would start benefiting from the initiative.
The new development has made “Twitter Blue” maintain a top position on trending issues recently with over 513,000 posts.
X had earlier stated that the distribution would benefit content creators that subscribed to Twitter Blue as specified by Musk.
Many beneficiaries around the world have shared their payment receipts and expressed gratitude to Musk on the platform.
