Nigerian Super Falcons and Houston Dash defender, Michelle Chinwendu Alozie, has left thousands of Nigerian men heartbroken after she revealed who she is crushing on, dashing the hopes of those who have been seeking avenues to express their love for her.
Recall that Alozie came to limelight at the 2023 FIFA Women‘s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand following her heroic exploits.
In view of her stellar performance at the world cup where Nigeria crashed out in the hands of England in the round of 16, Alozie, who has been mostly described as “beautiful”, won the hearts of many Nigerian men as they took to social media to express their admiration for her.
Dashing the hopes of her admirers, Alozie, in a recent virtual interview with Pulse, disclosed that she is crushing on Super Eagles star, Alex Iwobi.
In the interview, the host asked “Just as we’ve got some tempting, beautiful, good-looking ladies in the national team, we’ve got same thing when it comes to the Super Eagles of Nigeria. Have you got any crush among those players?”
She replied “I’ll say Alex Iwobi”.
Aliozie’s swift response during the interview caught the attention of fans, sparking a wave of reactions on social media.
