The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has told his supporters that it is insulting to mention the name of sensational actress and Lagos State Deputy Governorship candidate of Peoples Democratic Party, Funke Akindele, in his presence.
Tinubu said this at a recent political outing where his supporters sang a campaign song which described Funke Akindele as a political ‘ant’ compared to Governor of Lagos state and governorship candidate of the APC in the state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
He said: “Who is Funke Akindele before Sanwo-Olu of Lagos? She is an ant.
“Don’t even bother to mention her name in my presence. It is an insult. It is disrespectful.”
