US: The spokesman for U.S. President resigned.
It was reported that Mr. Mark Corallo, a spokesman for marc Kasowitz, who is defending Mr Trump in an inquiry into alleged Russian meddling in last year’s election.
Mr Corallo disagreed with the strategy of Mr Trump’s lawyers to halt the team that’s heading the investigation.
Mr Corallo is close to justice department special counsel Robert Mueller, who is presently leading the Russia investigation.
In the last six months, he had grown frustrated with the operation of the legal team and the warring factions and lawyers, he said.
Mr Mueller has employed reputable legal practitioners to join and help his team, which is likewise investigatingwhether there was any collusion with Mr. Trump’s team, which both Russian government and Mr Trump have denied.
Mr Trump’s team was looking to halt the investigation led by Mr Mueller, looking into the reputation and portfolio of the lawyers employed by him in search of any possible conflicts of interest which may have existed during the period of Mr. Trump’s election.
Basically, there are lots of on-going suspicion that Russia helped President Donald Trump to win his election last year.
